Mr. Hochheiser is senior counsel to the firm and brings over 50 years of experience in criminal law to the firm’s clients. He began his storied career in the Hogan District Attorney’s Office in Manhattan in 1967, and over the past almost five decades has defended some of New York’s most infamous cases which have been widely written about in the press and featured on television. Some of Mr. Hochheiser’s most famous cases are chronicled in books: “The Westies” “Severed Relations” and “The CBS Murders”. Mr. Hochheiser has frequently given lectures to various criminal bar associations, law schools and to CLE classes on the subjects of defending client’s in criminal cases at Trial, Cross Examination, Summations, and RICO.
